Recently Target rolled out a new way to save even more, it is called Cartwheel . You have to register and you can load 10 coupons, they are store coupons and are for a small percentage off the items. The nice thing is you can stack the cartwheel savings, with a store coupon, and a manufacturer coupon! Registration is free and you can load your cartwheel savings to your mobile phone or print out your list and take to the store. I prefer the printed list, that way I can check off the items I'm buying. It is so simple to use.
