Target Stores Short Changing Coupons.

Update:  Coupon Blogger Jill Cataldo has posted today the over the weekend Target Corp issued an immediate change to the coupon policy.  You can read more about it here.  Thanks Jill for informing your readers.  The change should eliminate the shortage on coupons. 

If you shop at Target and use coupons you will want the read the Chicago Tribunes article on the coupon issue occurring at Target stores nationwide.  Since the summer consumers have noticed that their coupons for multiple items are not ringing up a the full face value, the registers are adjusting the coupon to reflect a lower price.  This has happened to me on several occasions.  I've quit using coupons for multiples at Target because of this.
