Lofthouse cookies website and click on contact, in the form click on subject, a drop down box will open. Click on Club Lofthouse, fill in the remainder of the form. Once submitted you will get a message that they will email you a coupon for $2 off Lofthouse cookies during your birthday month! I love these cookies! What a great way to celebrate your birthday!
