I received an alert about this case today in an email. RedOrbit.com has the full article on their site. It appears that BC/BS has agreed to reimburse families who paid for ABA therapy since May 1, 2003. These family where covered under BC/BC of MI. This appears to cover 100 children treated over the past 6 years. To read the entire article click here. After reading the article, I see why this is a landmark case.
